Who We Are
We are a husband and wife who moved to this beautiful logging community from another county in the Idaho Panhandle. We care deeply about preserving local culture, encouraging honest civic involvement, and strengthening the practical community networks that help rural places thrive.
Why Beacon Exists
We wanted to create a space that provides current events, allows local businesses and individuals to advertise their goods, services, and skills, furnishes a platform for the voice of locals, and encourages the community to become more positively engaged in local politics.
Our hope is that Panhandle Beacon becomes a useful one-stop resource for all things Benewah.
